Technology in the Classroom Empty Technology in the Classroom

So what are your thoughts regarding the "To Surf or not to Surf..." article found on the MK Teacher page, under 'Teacher Articles?' I love the challenge of technology myself. The problem I run into is getting the students and the teachers on the same page (webpage that is) regarding technology.
